BVC calculates your blood volume based on gender, height and weight. Please bear in mind that the actual blood volume can in certain situations depend on other parameters and therefore may differ greatly from the calculated value.

Your actual weight will be compared to your recommended weight based on the “1999 METROPOLITAN HEIGHT AND WEIGHT TABLES FOR MEN AND WOMEN” and linked to results of the study “Prediction of the normal blood volume - Relation of Blood Volume to Body Habitus” by J. Feldschuh and Y. Enson.
